Thankful

Hey guys,

This weekend I got my first DSLR camera. I am pretty excited to see what I can do with it. But thats not the reason for this post.

I have come to realize that you should be happy in everything. No matter what. I have taken a new look at chores. Yes thoses dreades things that parents make you do. I used to always say ( in my head), "Why cant you do it, Mom? You are able." But its the principle of the thing. It showes us how to be responsible. So now instead of immediatly turning my nose up at the sight of chores, I take it in with a glad heart.

It also makes doing the chores a little bit less hard to bear when you welcome them with opent arms.

We should learn that even th the bad times we can rejoice in what we have.

We need to be happy and thankful for every thing. It helps our over all appeareance too.

So I know I could go into more depth in this post but I have to go and do some chores.... seriously.... how ironic. :)

Hey guys!

So I found this website tagxedo.com. You put in a story, song, or just random words. I think I am going to make one my header. Tell me what you think. Theses two are just combinations of songs I like.

Alegria

Today, I went to see a show called Cirque du Soleil Alegria (pronounced sirk du solay alegrea). If you dont know what it is, its and amazing AMAZING acrobatic thingy. My parents bought an extra ticket so I was allowed to invite a friend. Since my friend Caleb took me and two other friends to see Peter Pan the play I brought him to see this. I had an amazing time to day.

Photography Contest

Hey Guys,
I am going to be posting the pictures THIS WEEKEND( Sunday). So if you haven't already, please please please send in your pictures. Just a reminder theme, fall, five pictures per person( or less) and thanks for your submission!

Ok, so now I have figured out how to work photo shop so I will be making a button for the first and second place winners! The first place winner will get a button with their winning picture, blog and a little ad in the bottom that says, " 1st place, Hearts Journey photography contest"
second place winner will get a button thats what ever color and design on it that has SECOND PLACE IN HEARTS JOURNEY PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST!
